Cindy is a Leadership Coach and Business Consultant specializing mainly in the non-profit arena. She has 20 years of experience in business and OD consulting with large organizations, and has recently completed a Leadership Coaching program at Georgetown – a curriculum that promotes coaching the whole person through developing mindfulness, increasing awareness and facilitating self-driven change. For the last two years, Cindy has been working with senior executives one-on-one, helping them gain insights to their own drivers and behaviors, and supporting them in operationalizing who they want to be as leaders in their organizations.
In addition, Cindy has been particularly focused on researching the value and impacts of social-emotional learning in schools. As a consultant to an independent school in northern VA, and as well a mother of two young girls, she is highly motivated to understand how best to implement these concepts at home and in schools, with the ultimate goal of growing better leaders for tomorrow. Cindy is an attending member of the Parents Council of Washington. Cindy holds an MBA from Boston University, as well as an MSW from Syracuse University, and lives with her husband and two daughters in Great Falls, VA.
