Marvin Riley is President, Fairbanks Morse Engine division of Enpro Industries Inc. Prior to that he served as Vice President, Manufacturing, of EnPro Industries until May 2012. Mr. Riley served as Vice President Global Operations of the GGB division of EnPro from November 2009 until November 2011 and as Vice President Operations Americas, GGB division, from July 2007 until November 2011.
Prior to joining EnPro Industries, Mr. Riley was an executive with General Motors Corporation. Mr. Riley worked within the General Motors Vehicle Manufacturing Group where he held multiple positions of increasing responsibility from 1997 to 2007. Mr.
Riley’s last positions within General Motors Corporation was Director of Operations General Assembly and Director of Operations Body Assembly.
Mr. Riley currently serves as a board member with Beloit 2020 and Books@Work.
Beloit 2020 is a nonprofit development corporation devoted to renewing the historic core of Beloit, Wisconsin. Books@Work brings professor-led literature seminars to workplaces and community settings to build confidence, critical thinking, communication, collaboration and creativity.
Mr. Riley completed the Advanced Management Program (AMP) at the Harvard Business School in May 2016. Mr. Riley received a Master of Business Administration degree from Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering degree from Howard University.
